Alice B. Price, 91, of Hickory, passed away Friday, May 25, 2018, at Hospice House in Newton.
She was born Oct. 2, 1926, in Catawba County, to the late William and Agnas Parsons Brogla. In addition to her parents, Alice was preceded in death by her husband, John L. Price; and her daughter, Sharon D. Price.
Those left to her cherish her memory are her daughters, Kim J. Bryson of Hickory and Joan A. Price of Raleigh; grandsons, Nick S. Bryson and wife, Michelle, Skyler Z. Bryson of Hickory; a great-grandson, Elyjah Bryson of Hickory; sister-in-law, Willie Mae Ingold of Hickory; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Alice was a sweet, loving person who enjoyed working with the public, reading and sending cards to all of her friends. She loved her church and her family.
A celebration of life service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, June 2, at Viewmont Baptist Church. The family will greet family and friends, one hour prior to the services.
