Amanda Church

Amanda Lynn Church 35 of Claremont passed away Saturday, September 28, 2019 at her home. Born, October 20th, 1983 she was the daughter Cheryl Church Gaddis and step father Steven Gaddis. Amanda worked as a CNA for 10 years and worked as a in-home healthcare nurse for 5 years at Comfort Keepers Corp. Anyone who came across Amanda would love her. She loved to laugh, and joke around and would do anything to help others.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her daughter Kaylee J. Church of the home; brother Christopher Lee Shoemaker and wife Raquel of Beulaville, NC; step sister Monica Gaddis of Gastonia; three nieces Brooklyn, Alexis, Carly, and baby Shoemaker on the way; and best friend Bubba Hagler survive her.

A Celebration of life will be held 5:00 pm Thursday October 3rd, 2019 at Jenkins Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm-5:00 pm  Thursday, October 3rd, 2019 at Celebration Center of Jenkins Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Gaddis Officiating.
