Angela Diane Wright Smith, born January 22, 1962 in Lincoln County, North Carolina, age 58 went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday August 19, 2020.
Angela was preceded in death by her mother and father Aretta and John Murray; her brother Dean Wright; and her grandparents Phillip and Daisy Hooks; and her very special aunt Mildred Campbell.
Angela is survived by her loving husband of 40 years David Wayne Smith, her beloved children Chantae Smith, Christy Smith Andrade and her husband Jose, and David Phillip Smith; and her grandchildren Julian, Carmen, Angel, and Dulce. She is also survived by her sister Roseanne Brewington and her husband Wesley and their three children. She is survived by two half sisters Amy Scott and Kimberly Wright and half brothers Michael Wright and David Wright. Her family will cherish her memories always.
The funeral will be 3:00 pm Tuesday, August 25th, 2020 at Jenkins Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jeff Rhodes officiating. Burial will follow at Jenkins Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm-3:00 pm Tuesday, August 25th, 2020 at Jenkins Funeral Home Chapel.
