Anna Lois Slone, 83, of Newton died Saturday, January 14, 2023 at her residence. Born Friday, May 5th, 1939 she was the daughter of the late Canton Slone and Mary Alice Slone. Anna was a devoted member of Fairbrook Baptist Church.
Her granddaughter, Tasha Mosley; her daughter, Sharon Slone (Duane); her son, TJ Slone; her sister, Betty Lou Amburg; her brothers, Wendle Slone and Donny Slone; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren survive her.
In addition to her parents, her husband, Rosco, her brother, Phillip Slone and her sister, Phyllis Slone preceded her in death.
A memorial service will be at held at Fairbrook Baptist Church in Hickory at 6:30 P.M. Thursday, January 26, 2023 with Pastor Rick Davis officiating.
