Arnold Keener

Arnold Dean Keener 61 of Hickory passed away Friday, August 25th, 2017 at his home. Born August 30th, 1955 he was the son of the late Winston Keener and Fortuna Huffman Keener.  In addition to his wife of 27 years Barbara Keener; a daughter Kristy Chester and husband Daniel of Granite Falls; a step son Jeffrey Lawson and wife Julie of Hickory; two sisters Betty Smart and husband Ray of Hickory, Wanda Johnson and husband Dave of Apex; and two grandchildren Justice Lawson of Hickory and Grayson Chester of Granite Falls survive him.  In addition to his parents; a step son Ted Lawson preceded him in death.

A life Celebration will be held at 1:00pm Saturday, September 2nd, 2017 at First Baptist Church Hildebran Bethany Hall for family and close friends of Arnold.
