Barbara Lewis

Barbara Ann Beach Lewis, 77 of Hickory died Thursday, March 21, 2013 at Brian Center, Viewmont. Born February 3, 1936 in Catawba County, she was the daughter of the late Lonzo Newton Beach and Ozell Henry Beach. In addition to her parents; a son, Steve Mask; sister, Edith Fox; and a brother, Jack Beach preceded her in death. Two daughters, Cathy Barbour and husband Brent of Hickory and Sherry Jackson of Boston, MA; two sons, Larry Jackson of Eugent, OR and Dennis Mask and wife Robin of Hudson; two sisters, Marilyn Waring of Hickory and Doris Houston of Conover; three brothers, Jerry Beach of Hickory, Danny Beach and Lane Beach of Hickory; four grand-children, Brandy Parker, Erica Mask, Lee Mask and Elizabeth Trivette; and two great grand-children, Brandon Parker and Austin Parker survive her. A Memorial Service will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, March 25, 2013 at Jenkins Funeral Home Chapel in Newton. Pastor Chris Bookman will officiate.
