Batina Austin

Batina Carol Austin, 45 of Hickory died Thursday, January 7th, 2016. Born January 7th, 1971 she was the daughter of the late Clinton Dewey Shook and Betty Aldrige Shook. Her husband of 21 years, Timothy William Austin of the home; a son, Wesley Ryan Shook of Marion; a daughter, Courtney Sierra Austin of the home; three sisters, Phyllis Dagenhardt of Louisville, KY, Kirstan Fox of Newland, Shannon Fox of Newland and numerous aunts and cousins survive her. The funeral will be 6:30 pm Wednesday, January 13th, 2016 at Sandy Ridge Wesleyan Church with Pastor Scott Howard officiating.
