Betty Houser

Betty Houser 82 of Hickory died Monday, October 16th, 2017 at Heath House. Born February 26th, 1935 she was the daughter of the late Joe Martin and Roxie Permel Martin.  Two daughters, Debbie Honeycutt and husband Wallace of Maiden and Penny Young of Newton; three sons, Wayne Houser and wife Dennie of Vale, Junior Houser and wife Trina of Claremont and Allen Houser of Hickory; five grandchildren, four great grandchildren and a great great grandchild survive her. A daughter, JoAnn Houser and three grandchildren preceded her in death.  The funeral will be 12:00 pm Wednesday, October 18th, 2017 at Jenkins Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Ronnie Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Mountain View Mennonite Church Cemetery.
