Betty Lockman

December 3, 1947 — November 12, 2022

Betty Jane Lockman, 74, of Vale died Saturday, November 12, 2022 at Catawba Valley Medical Center. Born December 3rd, 1947 she was the daughter of the late James and Irene Parker.

Her sons, Shane Lockman (Heather), Keith Lockman (Lisa) and Jeffrey Lockman; her daughter, Jamie (Alan) Thornburg; six grandchildren, Rylan Lockman, Rebakah Lockman, Paige Breon, Brooke Lockman, Mackenzie Thornburg, Madison Thornburg and Julie Cary and one great-grand child, Micah Lockman; and five siblings, Rex Parker, Rusty Parker, Kenny Parker, Jackie Heavener, and Hope Parker survive her.

In addition to her parents, her husband Mack William Lockman preceded her in death.

The graveside service will be 3:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at Fairview Baptist Church with Pastor Dwayne Pearson officiating.
