Bobbie Litton

Bobbie Lee Litton, 73, of Granite Falls, NC passed away unexpectedly Friday September 27, 2019 at Haywood Regional Medical Center in Clyde, NC. Bobbie was born May 28, 1946 to Sylvester and Rachel Litton. Mr. Litton served proudly in the US Navy until his retirement in 1983. As a loyal sailor he received a Vietnam Service Medal, Navy Expeditionary Medal, Sea Deployment Ribbon, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal with Device, and a National Defense Service Medal. He chose a second career with the US Postal Service and later retired. He was a member of Startown Baptist Church in Newton, NC. Bobbie was a devoted and loving Husband, Father and Grandfather.

He is survived by his wife Janice Litton, three sons Travis (Amber) of Granite Falls NC, Bruce and Bobby of Virginia Beach VA, 8 grandchildren Nolan, Khloe, McKena, Jesse, Haley, Mark, Carter and Brenna. Bobbie was preceded in death by his parents and daughter Jennifer.

The funeral will be 3:00 pm Friday, October 4th, 2019 at Jenkins Funeral Home Chapel of Funeral Service Pastor William Church officiating. Burial will follow at Catawba Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm-3:00 pm Friday, October 4th, 2019 at Celebration Center of Jenkins Funeral Home.
