Cecil Eugene Cook, Sr 79, of Catawba passed away Wednesday, October 25th, 2023, in his home. Born Sunday, February 6th, 1944, he was the son of the late Claude Cook and Rosie Cook.
He is survived by son, Cecil Cook, Jr; son, Robert Cook and wife Jodia; Penny Cook Lasher and husband David; siblings, Claude Cook, Billy Price, Ruth Cook and Brenda Pritchard; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife of 60+ years, Margaret Louise Cook.
The family will receive friends from 2:00pm to 4:00pm on Monday, October 30, 2023 at Jenkins Funeral Home Celebration Center to honor Cecil and Margaret.
