Chai Vang, 80 of Conover died Friday May 30th, 2014 at Catawba Regional Medical Center. She was born September 20th, 1933 in Laos and was a homemaker. Five sons, a daughter, four sisters, two brothers, and numerous grandchildren, survive her. The funeral will begin Friday, June 20th, 2014 and conclude Sunday, June 22nd, 2014 at Startown Gathering Center and Pavilion. Burial will follow at Catawba Memorial Park.
