Charles Vincent Packer, Sr. 73 of Taylorsville died Friday, December 2, 2022 at his residence. Born May 3rd, 1949 he was the son of the late Clare Packer and Clara Ann Packer. Charles was veteran of the US Army.
A son, Charles V. Packer, Jr.,and a sister, Janet Sacona, survive him.
