Charles Williams

Charles Ray Williams, 66, of Vale, went home to be with his Heavenly Father on Friday, August 27, 2021 at Catawba Valley Medical Center. Born October 21st, 1954 he was the son of the late Jack Franklin Williams and Annie Lea. He was a member of Providence Baptist Church for over twenty years and served as an Usher for some of those years. Charles was a resident of the Brian Center in Hickory for ten years.

His brother, Tommy Williams and wife Debra; Nieces, Leona "Lena" Killian and husband Mark, Regina Stiltner and husband Gary, Tammy Johnson and husband Steve and Terri Stansbury survive him. Charles leaves behind an abundance of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, sister, Betty Stansbury preceded him in death.

The funeral will be 12:00 PM Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Jenkins Funeral Home Chapel with Ernie Richards officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Jenkins Funeral Home Celebration Center.
