Charley Ray Belcher, 56, of Vale died Thursday, May 12th, 2016 at his home. Born December 10th, 1959, he was the son of the late Sebert and Phoftenia Belcher.
In addition to his wife of 21, years Cynthia Thigpen of the home, a daughter Tiffany Clark and Jason Lane of Vale; a son Bradley Thigpen and Marsha Campbell of Taylorsville; and nine grandchildren, Emily Thigpen, Bradley Thigpen Jr., Charlie Lane, Sheila Lane, Gage Lane, Lilly Clark, Waylen Clark, Brianna and Samara Black survive him.
