Charlotte Bumgarner

Charlotte Ilease Bumgarner 75 of Vale died Sunday, February 14th, 2016 at her residence. Born September 12th, 1940 she was the daughter of the late Leroy Poovey and Lois Poovey. A daughter, Deborah Baker and husband Rick of Vale and a brother, Allen Poovey and wife Clarice of Vale survive her. Her husband William Harry Bumgarner preceded her in death.
