Cheri Mashburn

Cheryl (Cheri) Lea Mashburn, 53, of Conover died Friday, September 29th, 2017 at her home. Born February 14th, 1964, she was the daughter of Elois Johnston Clegg and the late Rev. Robert L. Clegg.   In addition to her mother; her husband Mark Mashburn of Conover; a daughter Ally Mashburn of Raleigh; a son John Mashburn of Crestview FL; two sisters Cynthia Canada and husband Ed of Louisville, KY, Paula Morton
and husband John of Saluda, NC; a brother Robert Clegg and wife Connie of New Market, MD; two nieces Ruth Morton and Briony Kinnear and five nephews Sean Kinnear, Mitch Underhill, Turner Morton, Daniel Dunn, and Christopher Dunn survive her.  The Memorial Service will be held 6:00 pm Thursday, October 5th, 2017 at Saint Marks Lutheran Church with Reverend Dr. Gary S. Haddock and Dr. Bill Henderson officiating.  Church Address: 3216 W. Main Street Claremont, NC 28610 The family will receive friends from 4:30 pm-6:00 pm Thursday, October 5th, 2017 at the Church.   A Graveside Service will be 11:00am Saturday at Sawyer Cemetery near Mt.
