Christopher Slate Lynch, 53, of Hickory passed away Sunday, August 25, 2024 at Carolina Caring. Born Sunday, June 13th, 1971 he was the son of the late Ricky Lynch and Sandra Lynch. He worked at Rock-N-Road bicycles for over 30 years, and retired from Carolina Pedal Works.
His wife, Amanda Lynch; his son, Christopher Watson; his aunts, Diane Hamby (Shay) and Susan Watts (Ronnie); his cousins, Derrick Hamby, Michael Hamby (Martha), Jennifer Madaris, Jeffrey Madaris survive him.
In addition to his parents, his grandparents, Willard and Lorraine Whistnant preceded him in death.
A memorial service will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday, August 29, 2024 at Jenkins Funeral Home with Pastor Aaron Causby officiating.
