Cletus Daniel Waggy, 78, of Newton, passed away on Friday, June 25, 2021 at Carolina Caring. Born June 20th, 1943 he was the son of the late Cletus Daniel Waggy, Sr. and Charlotte Reynolds Waggy.
Surviving Cletus' passing include his wife, Della Arletha Waggy of Newton; Children, Theresa Waggy, Mike Waggy, and wife Angie, Lisa Knepp and husband William, and Sandy Waggy; Step-Daughters, Yvonne Leedom and husband, William, and Cindy Deese and husband Allen. Cletus is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
In addition to his mother and father, his infant daughter, Deborah Ann Waggy preceded him in death.
The funeral will be held on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at 1:00 PM in the Chapel of Jenkins Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Jenkins Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 in Jenkins Funeral Home Celebration Center.
