Cole Blease Clark, Jr. 69 of Newton died Wednesday, May 15th, 2019 at his residence. Born March 9th, 1950 he was the son of Cole Blease Clark Sr. and Esther Carpenter Clark. An avid outdoors-man he enjoyed fishing, hunting and going to the beach.
His wife of 32 years, Carrie Clark of the home; four daughters, Karla Clark of the home, Tammy Clark of Kings Mountain, Tonia Thomas of Lincolnton and Sonia Thomas of Lincolnton; two sons, James Cole Clark of Lincolnton and Matthew Clark of Hickory; a sister Cindy Perkins of Lincolnton and six grandchildren and two great grandchildren survive him.
The funeral will be 2:00 pm Friday, May 17th, 2019 at South River Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Chapman officiating. Burial will follow at South River Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm-2:00 pm Friday, May 17th, 2019 at South River Baptist Church.
Memorials may be made to South River Baptist Church 2036 Southside Rd, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
