Cynthia Gay Blevins 51 of Vale died Sunday, January 28th, 2018 at Frye Regional Medical Center. Born October 27th, 1966 she was the daughter of the late Jasper Hartman and Daisy Lail Hartman.
Her husband Kenneth of the home; and three children Samantha Blevins of vale, Savannah Blevins of Elizabeth City, Nolan Blevins of Vale; three sisters Elizabeth Spencer and husband Paul of Vale, Sylvia Effler of Vale, Bernice Hartman of vale; and a brother Jesse Hartman and wife Dianne of Vale survive her.
The family will have a private Burial later this week.
