April 13, 2009 - April 26, 2011 Dakyron Demonte Alexander Scott, 2 of 9th Ave. S.E. Hickory died Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at his residence. Born April 13, 2009, he was the son of Demetra Latrelle Scott of Hickory. Dakyron was well loved by all his family. In addition to his mother Demetra; two brothers, his twin, Myron Timothy Ahmad Scott & Kentrell Donzel Allen Scott, both of the home; maternal grand-parents, Tonya and Allen Ramseur of Maiden; great grand-father, Eugene Scott Jr. and great, great grand-father, Eugene Scott Sr.; great, great Aunt, the Rev.Lester Mae Clark and numerous uncles and aunts survive him. His great, great grand-mother, Patricia Ann Scott and great, great, great grand-mother, Myrtle Ferguson preceded him in death. A funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 2, 2011 at Jenkins Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Willie Joe Gray and the Rev. Lester Mae Clark will officiate. Burial will follow in the Garden of Angels section of Startown Jenkins Cemetery. A visitation will be prior from 1-2:00 p.m. on Monday, May 2, 2011 at the Jenkins Funeral Home.
