Dale Hasson

Dale Allen Hasson 66 of Claremont died Monday, March 13th, 2017 at his residence. Born  September 18th, 1950, he was the son of the late Claude Hasson and Hazel Johnson Hasson. Dale attended Newton Church of God and Zion Temple Church where he was saved. He enjoyed boating, old cars and collecting and shooting guns. He also loved spending time with his family. He was a generous and compassionate friend to many.  Two sons, David Paul Hasson of Newton and Timothy Dale Hasson and wife, Felicia of Claremont; three daughters, Amanda Hasson Cox  of Newton,Tina Hasson Benfield and husband Jeff of Boaz, AL and Lisa Hasson Gray of New Market, AL; two brothers, Frank Hasson of Clearwater, FL and James Wray Cale of SC; three sisters, Claudette Carver of Baltimore, MD and Janet Showalter of FL and Mary Mehifelt of VA; his former wife Martha Harris; 13 grandchildren, Alexis Hasson, Bradley and Brandon Hasson, Brandi Cox, Camden and Caison Warlick, Felicia and Megan Hasson, Dillon Miller, Carter, Paige, Kendall, and Dalton Gray and eight great grandchildren survive him. In addition to his parents, a granddaughter, Danielle Marie Hasson; two brothers and two sisters, preceded him in death. The funeral will be 4:00 pm Friday, March 17th, 2017 at Jenkins Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Warren Marcum officiating. Burial will follow at Conover Cemetery.
