Dana Arlene Howie, 56, of Newton passed away earlier this week in her home. Born July 14th, 1966, she was the daughter of Robert and Linda Howie.
She is survived by her children Torie (Chad) Mosteller, Logan Walcott, Lexi Myers, and Samuel Myers, and five and a half grandchildren, and one brother Brian (Jennifer) Howie.
She was preceded in death by her parents Bob and Linda Howie and a brother Todd Howie.
The memorial will be held Saturday, August 20, 2022 from 2:00 until 4:00 PM at Southport Community Building, 223 E. Bay St., Southport, NC 28461. Everyone is invited to join the family at Koko Cabana afterwards for a meal. Please come with any memories, pictures, keepsakes, etc. that you might feel comfortable sharing as we celebrate the 56 years she spent with us, her personality, and her village.
