Darryl Fletcher

Darryl Lynn Fletcher, 60, of Hickory died Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at his residence. Born January 1st, 1962 he was the son of the late Paul and Josephine Fletcher. Darryl was an avid outdoorsman who loved the outdoors and making people happy.

He is survived by his wife Janie Hundley, his daughters, Christina Walters of Ocean Isle Beach and Elizabeth Fowler of Icard; two sons, Jonathan Fletcher of Mount Holly and David Fowler of Mountain View; his brother, Jerry Fletcher of Lincolnton; two sisters, Judith McRee of Lincolnton and Betty Richards of Newton; seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, two brothers, Raymond Fletcher and Gerald Fletcher preceded him in death.

A service will be planned at a later date.
