David Stillwell

David Ellis Stillwell, 62 of 38th St. Dr. N.E. died Tuesday, October 7, 2008. Born August 17, 1946 in Catawba County, he was the son of the late Herbert Ellis Stillwell and Effie Young Stillwell. He worked for CommScope in Claremont. He enjoyed repairing small engines and spending time with his dog, Candy. A Daughter, Jenny Hovanvic and husband Peter of Charlotte; a son, Scott David Stillwell of Conover; a sister, Cathy Stillwell Johnson and husband Keith of Conover ; two brothers; Danny Stillwell and wife Sandra of Conover, Randy Stillwell and wife Helen of Hickory; a number of nieces and nephews and grand children, survive him. A celebration of Davidâ??s life will be 6:30p.m. Friday October 10, 2008, at Jenkins Funeral Home Chapel.
