Dennis Wagner

Dennis Allen Wagner, 47 of Lansing, NC died Friday February 6, 2009. Born October 7, 1961 in Ohio, he was the son of Jeannette Linquist of Willis Texas and the late Dennis John Wagner. He was a facilities manager for a real estate company and a computer technician. He enjoyed hunting, camping and football and was a huge NASCAR fan. He was a volunteer for the Angel Food Ministries in Ashe County. In addition to his mother, Jeannette Linquist, his wife, Reba Lorraine Auton Wagner of the home; a son, Dennis John Wagner of the home; his step father, William H. Linquist of Willis, Texas; his step mother, Annette Wagner of Madison, ; three brothers, Dan and his wife Cindy Wagner of Conover, Bill and his wife Jamie of Newton and Robert Linquist of Conroe, TX; paternal grandmother, Evelyn Wagner of Madison, OH; maternal grandmother, Marion Mason of Cheraw, SC; nieces and nephews, Garrett Linquist, Spencer Linquist and Mason Wagner; and close friends, Charles Knapp of Lansing and Bobby Lail of Hickory survive him. A Celebration of Dennisâ?? life will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday February 10, 2009 at Warrensville seventh Day Adventist Church where he was a member. Pastor Kevin Morgan will officiate. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Angel Food Ministries, Balls Mountain Church, West Jefferson, NC or to Palliative CareCenter and Hospice of Catawba Valley 3975 Robinson Rd, Newton, NC 28658.
