Doris Hampton

Doris McQuinta Hampton 69 of Lincolnton passed away Saturday, June 17th, 2017 at Lincolnton Rehabilitation Center. Born December 12th, 1947 she was the daughter of the late Alton Webb and Viola Plemmons Webb.  In addition to her partner of 14 years Glenn Dunlap; two daughters Tammy Elmore and husband Robert of Crouse, Lisa Jumper and husband Terence of Lincolnton; a son Michael Pendleton of Charlotte; a sister Barbara Ferguson of Florida; a brother Ronnie Webb of Ranlo; four grandchildren Josh Elmore, Brittany Richards, Blayde Abernathy, Cheyenne Pendleton; and five great grandchildren survive her.   In addition to her parents, a son Tim Pendleton; a sister Darlene Pilkington; and two brothers Ricky and Wayne Webb preceded her in death.    A memorial service will be held 4:00pm Thursday, June 22nd, 2017 at Jenkins Funeral Home Chapel.   The family will receive friends from 3:00 pm -4:00 pm Thursday, June 22nd, 2017 at the funeral home.   Please sign the online guestbook at www.jenkinsfuneralhome.net.
