Dorothy Schrum

Dorothy (Dot) Rose Schrum, 91, of Dallas, NC passed away Thursday, December 28th, 2017 at Catawba Regional Hospice. Dorothy was born September 17th, 1926.   Dot is survived by her four children Richard Schrum and wife Rhonda of New Castle, OK, Carolyn Graff and husband Steve of Newton, NC, Mike Schrum of Dallas, NC, and Kim Oakley and husband Jerry of Pawleys Island, SC; four grandchildren Michelle Schrum, Marcia Schrum, Allison Elvington, Emily Oakley and Noah Schrum; and two great grandchildren, Hannah and Sarah Elvington.   A Graveside Service will be 2:00pm Monday, January 15th, 2018 at Puetts United Methodist Church Cemetery in Dallas, NC.  Any memorials may be made to Catawba Regional Hospice at 3975 Robinson Road Newton, NC 28658.
