Douglas John Smith 70 of Maiden died Friday, June 24th, 2016 at Catawba Regional Hospice. Born July 15th, 1945 he was the son of the late William Frances Smith and Ruth Bell Smith.
His wife of 31 years, Jacqueline Marie Campbell Smith of the home and a son, Glenn W. Smith of Maiden survive him.
