Earl Kees

Earl Edwin Kees, 69 of Lincolnton died Wednesday, November 25th, 2015 at Carolinas Medical Center in Lincolnton. Born October 5th, 1946, he was the son of the late Vernon Kees and Ruby Barnhart Kees. His wife of 30 years, Elaine Marion Kees of the home, a daughter, Elizabeth Peterson of Lincolnton; two sons, Joseph John Moore, ll of Winston-Salem and Brian Christian Moore of Hudson, FL; a sister, Brenda Leadman of Chesapeke, WV; two brothers, William Kees of Winston-Salem and Keith Kees of Winston-Salem; two grand daughters, Emily Elaine Peterson and Nessa Curren Moore; two grand sons, Benjamin David Savarese and Zachary Patrick Peterson; three nephews, Chris Kees, Samuel Kees and Dean Kees; four nieces, Debbie Carver, Robin Henley, Jennifer Kees-Howley and Kristan Kees survive him. In addition to his parents, two brothers, Eugene Kees and Harold Kees preceded him in death. A Celebration of Earl's life will be 1:00 pm Saturday December 12, 2015 at St. Luke's Lutheran Church 4051 King Wilkinson Road, Lincolnton, NC 28092, with Pastor Roger Reckling officiating.
