Earl Wagner

Earl Eugene Wagner 57 of Granite Falls died Tuesday, June 16th, 2015 at Catawba Regional Hospice. Born October 17th, 1957, he was the son of the late Carlie Eugene Wagner and Luereine Wagner. He was an Angel from Heaven. His wife of 18 years, Emily Wagner of the home; four sons, Brandon Keith Wagner and wife Heather of Bethlehem, Daniel Lee Stamey of Seattle, WA, John Byles of Gastonia and Aaron Byles and wife Christy of Maiden; two daughters, Brandy Nicole Wagner of Newton, Angel Marie Weaver and husband Keith of Granite Falls; a brother, Robert Wagner of Wilkesboro; three sisters, Hazel Ballard and husband Larry of Marion, Barbara Sharpe and husband Larry of Hiddennite and Linda Barlow and husband James of Taylorsville; 11 grandchildren and two great grandchildren survive him. Two brothers, and five sisters preceded him in death. The funeral will be 2:00 pm Friday, June 19th, 2015 at Union Chapel Baptist Church with Pastor Bud Laws officiating. Burial will follow at Union Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Bobby Greene, Eddie Greene, Keith Weaver, Michael Mays, Dennis Dixon and Wesley Weaver. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 pm Thursday, June 18th, 2015 at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Union Chapel Baptist Church c/o Bud Laws 571 Sawyer Road N.
