Edna Glover Cole, 86, of Conover, died Thursday, February 28th, 2019 at Catawba Valley Medical Center. Born Wednesday, April 6th, 1932 she was the daughter of Frank and Bertie Glover. She was a member of the Midnight Cry Praise and Worship of Lincolnton, North Carolina.
Her sister, Agnes and husband Stewart Blackburn of Elizabethton, Tennessee, her son, Bobby Pritchard and wife Rita of Conover; her daughter, Teresa Nidiffer of Elizabethton, Tennessee; Seven grandchildren, Bobby Pritchard II, Brandy Davis and husband Evan, James Frank Pritchard and wife Janet, Kimberly Hartley and husband Mike, Natasha Pritchard, Cody Hartley and wife Kela, Jaimee Watts, Michelle Wise, Wylona and husband Chris Saylor, twenty-three great-granchildren and a special care giver, Melissa Hughes survive her.
In addition to her parents, her spouse Fred Cole, two sons, Charles Lynn Pritchard and Kim Wise, a grandson Brad Marklend, a great-granddaughter, Hannah Miller, three brothers, Pete Harris, James Frank Glover and Charles Silas Glover, two sisters, Lillian Carden and Mary Blevins preceded her in death.
Before her illness, she was a member of East Hickory Seniors Morning Out and volunteered there.
A celebration of her life will be 4:00 pm Friday, March 8th, 2019 at the Celebration Center of Jenkins Funeral Home Apostle Wade Danner officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
