Edna Griffey

Edna Elizabeth Griffey, 90 of Maiden died at her home Thursday, February 7, 2013. Born February 19, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Judson Triplett and Ella Wheeling Triplett. Four daughters, Evelyn Crump of Connelly Springs, Margaret Hildebran of Vale, Mavin Cook of Seagrove, NC and Mary Hester of Lincolnton; a son, William McAurthar Hoyle of Conover; nine grand-children, Vance Bolick, Danny Bolick, Christopher Rhoney, Carol Williams, Scott Rhoney, Brian Isenhour, Michelle Huggins, Viola Hester and Roger Hester; and numerous great grand-children survive her.
