Edna Mcgalliard

Edna Mae Moore McGalliard, 85, died Thursday April 5, 2007 at Frye Regional Medical Center. She was born May 15, 1921 in Cabarrus County, the daughter of the late Charles Earl Moore and Mary Elizabeth Abernathy Moore. She was as retired bookkeeper for a TV and Appliance store. Survivors include a daughter, Mary Lee Houston and husband William of Connelly Springs; four sisters Marie Shook and husband Clyde of Connelly Springs, Betty Sue Berry of Connelly Springs, Margaret Glymph and husband Edwin of Florida, Nancy Sigmon and husband Clyde of Lake Waccamaw, NC; a brother Charles Larry Moore and wife Laura of Sherrillâ??s Ford; four grandchildren, Stacie Wysong, Samuel Houston, Daniel McGalliard and Lori Ann Bosse; nine great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Her husband, Ernest E. McGalliard, two sisters, June Perkins and Naomi Ruth Moore and her son, Ernest E. McGalliard, Jr. preceded her in death. A Graveside Service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday April 10, 2007 at Mt Harmony United Methodist Church Cemetery. Pastor Ernie Wilson will officiate.
