Edward Hutson

Edward Lee Hutson 58 of River Road, Lincolnton died Sunday September 14, 2008 at Frye Regional Medical Center in Hickory.  Born December 10, 1949 in Harrison County, West Virginia, he was the son of Helen Faye Dye Hutson and Marvin David Hutson of Lincolnton. In addition to his parents, two sisters, Sandy Herndon of Lincolnton and Judy Smith of Akron, Ohio; two brothers, David Hutson of Akron, Ohio and Roger Hutson of Swansboro, NC survive him. Ed was an avid Nascar fan and enjoyed baseball and football.  He worked with Transource, Inc. (formerly Triad Mack) in Newton for 18 years and received his 15 year pin in 2003. He previously worked at Stutler Leasing, Inc. in Akron, Ohio for over 20 years. A private memorial service will be at a later date in Akron, OH. Memorials may be made to The American Heart Association PO Box 5261, Glen Allen, VA 23058.
