Edwin Jaziel Morales Hernandez, 16, of Lincolnton, North Carolina, passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2024. Born on April 9, 2008, in Lincolnton, he was the beloved son of Yuridia Morales. Edwin was lovingly raised by his grandparents, Linda Hernandez and Francisco Corona, whom he affectionately called "Mami" and "Papi." They played a significant role in his life and and was spoiled rotten by them. He grew up surrounded by his cousins Axel, Geineer, Leineer, Kerlyn, Issac, and Kewell, since they were all around the same ages.

Edwin had a vibrant personality that left a lasting impression on everyone he met. He loved playing soccer, basketball, and boxing and spent much of his childhood enjoying outings to Chuck E. Cheese, Hickory Dickory Dock, and fishing trips. Known for his impeccable style and love of music, Edwin was often seen blasting his favorite tunes while dressed to impress. His charisma and flirtatious charm were matched only by his infectious smile that brightened the lives of those around him as he was very flirtatious, charismatic.

Family was at the heart of Edwin's life. He treasured spending time with his younger brother and sister, whether it was playing board games or watching movies together. He also enjoyed celebrating life to the fullest by attending parties and gatherings with friends and loved ones. Edwin found joy in playing PlayStation with his cousins and friends and greeted everyone he encountered with respect and kindness.

Edwin’s memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew him. May his vibrant spirit continue to bring comfort to all who loved him.
