Elaine Beard

Una Elaine Beard, 69 of Conover died Tuesday, April 1st, 2014 at Catawba Regional Hospice. Born February 7th, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Mattie Bolick. A daughter, Donna Beard of Conover, NC; two sons, Shawn Beard and wife Robin of Hudson, NC, and Patrick Beard and wife Gretchen of Newton, NC, two sisters, Iris Benfield of Lenoir, NC, Dorothy Kincaid of Hickory, NC. One grand-child, Colin Beard of Newton, NC survive her. In addition to her parents, her husband Donald Lee Beard preceded her in death. The funeral will be 2:00 pm Friday, April 4th, 2014 at New Life Church with Pastor Steve Clark. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
