Eldred Ferringer

Eldred Carlisle Ferringer, 67 died Monday, August 10, 2009. He was born May 27, 1942 in Venango County, Pennsylvania to the late William Edgar & Florence Esther McDowell Ferringer. He graduated from Slippery Rock University with a degree in Geology and was a camp ranger for the Boy Scouts of America for 30 years. Two sisters, Sandra McCrary of Lincolnton and Norine Hall of Durham, NC; two brothers, Lyle Ferringer of Newton, NC and Norman Ferringer of Sarasota, Fl survive him. A celebration of Eldredâ??s life will be 12:00 noon Thursday, August 13, 2009 at Jenkins Funeral Home Chapel with a chaplain of The Boy Scouts of America officiating.
