Elton Oliver

Elton Clayton Oliver 72 of Newton passed away Wednesday, May 3rd, 2017 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Born February 13th, 1945 he was the son of the late Jewel Oliver and Buna Olham Oliver. In addition to his wife 43 years Donna Smith Oliver; three daughters Angel Norris and husband Gary of Newton, Misti Killian and husband Chad of Conover, Dana Underwood and husband Jonathan of Spartanburg, SC; a sister Jean Tindell of West Memphis, AR; a brother Charles Oliver of Wynne, AR; 8 grandchildren Will, Kenley, Harrison, Dawson, Savannah, Seth, Camden, and Harper survive him.   In addition to his parents he was preceded by a sister Ann and a brother J.C.   The funeral will be 1:00pm Monday, May 8th, 2017 at Jenkins Funeral Home with C.L. Simmons officiating. Burial will follow at St. Paul's Church Cemetery.
