Emilio Ricordi

Emilio John Ricordi, 68, of Denver passed away January 8, 2022 at Atrium Health Lincoln. Born March 8th, 1953 he was the son of the late Renato Tiberio Ricordi and Olga Maria Ricordi. He was born in Italy but spent most of his time in Canada before moving to Massachusetts and later to Denver, NC. Emilio was also known by his nickname, The Godfather. He enjoyed spending his time cooking for friends and family, listening to music, golfing, and riding his motorcycle with his cousin Tony! He was a successful business executive for a private bank in Boston but the job he was most proud of was being a dad to his two daughters.

He is survived by his two daughters Eliza Katz (Jeffrey) of Longmeadow, MA and Jessica Ricordi of Jacksonville, FL; his siblings Marysa Brown, Mauro Ricordi, and Carlo Ricordi all of Canada; and his beloved dog Bella.

Services and burial will be held in Toronto, Canada. A Celebration of Life will be planned at a later date in Denver, NC.
