Esther O. Diaz 89, of Hickory died Thursday, May 19th, 2016 at Brian Center Viewmont. Born July 14th, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Clemente Ortiz and Maria Rincon.
Two daughters Nydia Arzola and husband Luis of Conover, Ivonne Greenwell of Hickory; three grandchildren Jose, Adriana, Stephanie; and eight great grandchildren survive her.
In addition to her parents, her husband of 65 years Jose Diaz, and a granddaughter Jennifer Arzola preceded her in death.
A private family service will be planned at a later time.
