Frances Coulter

Frances Arlene Coulter, 60, of Kannapolis passed away Sunday, October 10, 2021 at her residence. Born April 28th, 1961 she was the daughter of Robert and Priscilla Coulter.

Her daughter, Tionne Coulter of Kannapolis; a son, James Parsons of Concord; grandson, Mekhi Parsons of Concord; sisters, Beth Coulter of Maiden and Deborah Coulter of Newton; and brother, Roger Coulter of Newton survive her.

In addition to her parents, sisters, Tricia Coulter of Newton and Janice Coulter of Newton and brothers, Willie Coulter of Hickory, Calvin Coulter of Newton, Kenneth Coulter of Newton and Johnny Coulter of Gastonia preceded her in death.

The funeral will be at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, October 17, 2021 at Jenkins Funeral Home. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service and burial will follow at Central City Cemetery in Newton, North Carolina.
