Frances Lee Sims Spencer, 74, of Hickory died Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at Carolina Caring. She was born Sunday, December 16th, 1945 to the late Clyde and Vulta Mae Sims.
She is survived by her sister Betty Bryson of Hickory.
In addition to her parents, her husband Eugene "Whimpy" Spencer preceded her in death.
