Gary Beatty

Gary Dale Beatty, 34 of McDaniel Circle, Newton died Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at his residence. Born June 11, 1976, he was the son of Gary Maynard Beatty of Newton & Martha “Gail” Beatty of Sherrills Ford, NC. A daughter, Caitlyn Taylor Beatty of Denver, NC; a sister, Sandy Nicole Setzer of Newton; a niece, Sara Setzer & nephew, Garrett Setzer, both of Newton; and a special friend, Angie Tidwell of Newton survive him. A funeral service will be 3:00 p.m. on Monday, January 3, 2010 at Jenkins Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Dale Faulkenbury will officiate. A gathering of friends will be prior from 2-3:00 p.m. at the chapel. In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to The Gary Beatty Memorial Fund, 310 S. College Avenue, Newton, NC 28658.
