Gay Warren 88, of Newton passed away Friday, February 5th, 2016 at her home . Born May 30th, 1927, she was the daughter of the late William Bryant and Hassie Snow Gilreath. Two daughters Teresa Hartley and husband Rick of Taylorsville, Sharon Warren of Newton; six sons Bryan Warren, Sidney Warren, Tony Warren, Rodger Warren, Stanley Warren, and Chuck Warren of Newton, and two grandchildren Jason Warren and Sarah Hartley survive her. In addition to her husband Jay Warren, a sister Avis Gilreath and a brother Dow Gilreath preceded her in death. No service is planned at this time.
