Helen Virginia Glover 84 of Buffalo Shoals Road, Maiden died Tuesday August 25, 2009 at Palliative CareCenter and Hospice of Catawba Valley. Born April 11, 1925 in Hopewell County, PA, she was the daughter of the late Wade Reed and Imogene Mae Maxwell Reed. A daughter Alice Anderson of Hurdle Mills, NC; a son, James Patrick Metsch and wife Tonya of Maiden; three grandchildren, Michael Wayne Anderson, Angel DeEtta Metsch and Cynthia Faith Metsch survive her. Mrs. Glover requested that no ceremony be planned for her. Condolence messages may be sent to the family at www.jenkinsfuneralhome.net.
