Helen Wellman

Helen Leona Wellman 84  of Lawndale died Thursday, December 22nd, 2016 at Catawba Regional Hospice. Born  May 5th, 1932 she was the daughter of the late Macovey Larn Cook and Darles Voole Cook.   Three sons, Johnny Wellman of Lawndale, Terry Wellman of Lawndale and Jerry Wellman of Ellenboro,   survive her. Her husband of 64 years, Johnny Cecil Wellman, her parents,  Macovey Cook and Darles Cook preceded h in death. A memorial service will be 3:00 pm Monday, December 26th, 2016 at Zion Hill Baptist Church with Pastor Allen Barlow  and Pastor Bobby Holtsclaw officiating.  The family will receive friends from 2-3:00 pm Monday, December 26th, 2016 at Zion Hill Baptist Church.   Please sign the online guestbook at www.jenkinsfuneralhome.net.
