Humberto Zepeda 17 of Newton died Thursday at his residence as the result of an accident. He attended Maiden High School. ?He was a great kid and a great son.? He was the son of Celina Melchor and Salvador Morales Zarate of Newton. In addition to his parents, a brother, Salvador Morales of the home, his paternal grandmother, Virginia Zarate of Hildebran, his maternal grandparents, Anita and Arturo Rosales of Hickory and his fiancé, Jasmine Denise of Newton survive him. A wake service will be held at 6:00pm Sunday March 18th 2012 at Jenkins Funeral Home Chapel. Deacon Dario Garcia will officiate.
