Jack Richard Bolick 72 of Hickory died Monday, July 23rd, 2018 at his residence. Born August 25th, 1945 he was the son of the late Richard Hazel Bolick and Nell Coleman Bolick.
A daughter, Hayley Frisch of West Linn, OR and a son, Dwayne Richard Bolick of Brunswick, GA survive him.
